What information is being collected by deFINE deSIGN?

All customers browse the deFINE deSIGN web site anonymously. Only when a customer orders product does deFINE deSIGN need to know name, email address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This information allows deFINE deSIGN to process and fulfill orders, as well as notify customers of order status.

deFINE deSIGN does not collect personal or business information, unless visitors share this information voluntarily. DeFINE deSIGN will use information collected from customers, with their permission, in order to assess interest in the products and services provided on the web site. This collected information will help deFINE deSIGN better serve customers.

What about the privacy of my personal information? Will the information be sold to third parties?

deFINE deSIGN will not sell, trade, rent or give individually identifying information to third parties without permission. DeFINE deSIGN only uses the collected personal information to process orders, deliver orders, contact customers regarding questions about orders, and improve the web site to better serve customers.

Will I receive unsolicited e-mail from deFINE deSIGN?

DeFINE deSIGN sends email confirmations of orders to all customers that place an order. Periodically, deFINE deSIGN will use the information collected to notify customers regarding updates to the web site.
